What is included in a wax melt kit?
Each Candly wax melt kit includes a white ceramic oil burner, scented soy wax melts in your selected fragrance and size, and 8 unscented soy wax tea light candles. Everything you need to begin enjoying your fragrance experience is included.
Are your wax melts made from soy wax?
Yes. Our wax melts and the tea light candles included in our kits are made with 100% soy wax. We chose soy wax as a plant-based option that supports the thoughtful and modern experience behind Candly.
How long does the fragrance last?
Fragrance duration can vary depending on the scent, the amount of wax used, the size of the room and how long the burner is operated. You can continue reheating the same wax until the fragrance is no longer noticeable.
Can I reuse wax melts?
Yes. Wax melts can be reheated several times while they continue releasing fragrance. The wax may remain in the burner after the scent has faded, so it will need to be removed and replaced when you are ready to use a new melt.
How do I remove used wax from my burner?
Allow the burner and wax to cool completely first. You can then gently warm the bowl for a short time to loosen the wax and carefully slide it out. Alternatively, place the removable bowl in a cool area until the wax hardens and can be lifted out.
Never use sharp objects that could scratch or damage the burner. Wipe away any remaining residue with a soft cloth once the bowl is cool.
Are wax melts safe around children and pets?
Wax melts and oil burners should always be kept out of reach of children and pets. Place the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from draughts, flammable materials and busy areas.
Never leave a lit tea light or operating wax warmer unattended. Our products are for home fragrance use only and must not be eaten.

Will every wax melt look exactly the same?
Small variations in colour, shape, finish and arrangement may occur because our wax melts are individually made. These differences are part of their character and do not affect the total wax weight or fragrance experience.
